Peter is a dedicated senior-level SAP professional with 14 years of experience in consulting. Peter has 12 years experience working with SAP R/3, encompassing 12 full implementations both in the domestic and international arena. Roles have included project management and administration, team lead and principal consultant. He has proven experience in rapid business software implementations, utilizing best practices.

Peters’ primary implementation and configuration skills are in sales, distribution, online store and a new focus on the development of CRM skills. His industry experience includes CPG, wholesale\distribution and life sciences. Peter is an innovator with exceptional analytical abilities and communication skills. His diverse skills make him an effective leader and team player with the ability to work with business, functional and technical resources.

Prior to the inception of Lateralthink, Peter was a director at Answerthink, which had acquired Global Core Strategies, where he had been part of the initial core team. Peter has also worked for SAP Southern Africa and PriceWaterhouse. Peter is a graduate of the University of Natal (ZA) with a Bachelor of Commerce Honors degree in Systems Management.

Joseph is one of the founding members of LaterThink. Joe is a seasoned business professional with over 15 years of experience in varying industries and positions. He has a proven project track record within the SAP and GreatPlains ERP arena as evidenced with over 15 end to end project implementations. Joseph also has experiences in large scale ERP implementations, integration projects, B2B/B2C projects, and mega exchange implementations.

Joe has a unique ERP background in that he has implementation and configuration experience in multiple areas of SAP and GreatPlains. His implementation and configuration background includes finance, materials management, warehouse management, radio frequency, sales & distribution, production planning and quality management. He also has proven project management experience for both large and small ERP projects.

Prior to joining LateralThink in 2005, Joseph has held a variety of management positions at Genesis Corporate Solutions, Commerce One, Appnet, and Global Core Strategies dating back to 1996. His most recent position was director of professional services and director of software pre-sales at Genesis Corporate Solutions. Joseph has a unique ability to connect with clients and employees making him a strong leader and manager.

Joseph has also attained various financial experiences while he worked at W.R. Grace as a financial analyst responsible for corporate acquisitions and divestitures. He also holds BS in Accounting from Bentley College and an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Bentley College.
